How a sustainable residential development in Abu Dhabi moved from being overlooked to becoming a credible benchmark through a distinctive brand identity.

INTRO
Nūr is a new residential complex developed by a UAE-based company specialising in mid-high range sustainable real estate. Three elegant clusters house bright 2- to 4-bedroom apartments, surrounded by green areas and premium shared amenities. The project targeted both international and local audiences (aged 30–50) seeking contemporary comfort, quality of life, and genuine sustainability.

Despite its potential, before our intervention it lacked a strong visual identity and promotional materials capable of conveying its true value.

THE CHALLENGE
The client was preparing to launch in Abu Dhabi’s highly competitive residential market. Without a defined brand identity and with weak communication assets, they risked being perceived as unreliable—especially as a newcomer.

The challenge was twofold:
  • Create an elegant, international image aligned with values of sustainability and quality.
  • Develop bilingual (Arabic/English) promotional materials that would capture the attention of a demanding audience.

THE SOLUTION
We started with an in-depth analysis of objectives, target audience, and positioning. In close collaboration with the client, we designed a clear and distinctive visual identity:
  • Logo and colour palette inspired by natural light and urban sustainability.
  • Typography that is elegant and highly legible in both languages.
  • Bilingual promotional brochure with generous white space, full-page photography, and concise, impactful copy.
  • Flexible graphic system adaptable to multiple communication channels.
The visual and verbal narrative positioned Nūr as a symbol of elegance, tranquillity, and sustainable innovation.
RESULT
In just two weeks, the project was launched with a professional, cohesive presence. The new brand identity gave the team and its partners confidence, while reinforcing credibility in the eyes of potential buyers.

The result: a residential complex that now stands out in Abu Dhabi’s market, recognised as a model of contemporary, sustainable living—attracting the right audience and supporting the company’s growth.
